Christoffer's first visit to church
Little Christopher
was an innocent looking angel about 3 1/2yrs old with the longest dark
eyelashes and the most disarming smile.
He attended church (Uniting) with his parents for the first
time on Christmas day. As they were driving towards the Church, Christopher's
mother was explaining to him that it was Jesus birthday and they were
going to his "house" to celebrate the occasion.
As the time for
communion approached Christopher's mother told him that this was
the most special time and asked him to sit quietly in his seat while
she and the other adults in the family went to communion.
As his mother received her host from the Minister, from his seat in
a loud booming voice Christopher shouted "You didn't get much
cake did you Mum"?
