Hold two nails (flat-edged masonry nails work best) to form a cross. Use a thin strip of leather or cord or purple cloth to tie them together.
Cut two parallel slits into a 3x5 card and write this poem: A cross of nails reminds me of The cross where Jesus proved His love. He died so I could be forgiven And have a home with Him in heaven.
Poke the center nail through the card to hold the cross in place next to the rhyme.
